Terms of Service
Last updated April 20, 2026
Welcome to Superdesk. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Superdesk.
What Superdesk is
Superdesk is an event-centric customer relationship management service. It is currently in early access, which means features may change, data may be migrated, and things may occasionally break. We are working quickly and honestly; we ask for the same from you.
Your account
You’re responsible for your account and everything that happens under it, including actions by any team members you invite. Use a strong password. Don’t share credentials.
You’re also responsible for your content — events, contacts, documents, emails, and files you put into Superdesk. You own your content. We do not claim any ownership over it.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Superdesk to:
- Violate any law.
- Harass, harm, or deceive anyone.
- Store or transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content.
- Attempt to access other customers’ data, reverse engineer the service, or circumvent usage limits.
- Resell, sublicense, or use Superdesk to operate a competing service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Pricing and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You authorize recurring charges when you subscribe. You can cancel anytime — you’ll keep access through the end of your current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ email notice. If you disagree with the new pricing, you can cancel before it takes effect.
Availability
We aim for high uptime, but during early access we don’t offer a service-level agreement. We may need to take the service down for maintenance; we’ll give notice when we can.
Our rights
We may:
- Change features, limits, or functionality.
- Update these terms (we’ll email you at least 14 days before a material change takes effect).
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
If you believe we’re wrong about a suspension, reply to us — we’ll actually read it.
Limitation of liability
Superdesk is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages — lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes go to state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California.
